Too many items crammed in small place. Only 1 person at billing counter. You cannot exchange items before 1pm as staff doesn't come before that. Too hot , AC is almost always switched off.nWhen asked , I was told that there is a water dripping.nMostly you will find staff talking to each other rather than helping customers. No queue at billing counters. One person billing can take 15 mins.

Mall is quite good, there are large number of good quality cloths for infant to adults and aslo behaviour of staff members is also good.
