Dated back to mid 18th century, the colonial era church is one the oldest church in Roorkee that was used by the staff and scholars of the Thompson College of Engineering Roorkee and the members of the Bengal Presidential Army (Royal British Army) back in the days. A number of remembrance plates erected on the walls of the church still reminds of it's glory and importance back in the days.
