Airtel Office

Decent and helpful staff. Have visited this office twice and the customer service was good

They are not their to entertain customers. Not providing any info. Visited them for the Querying about getting new sim for the lost one but they were behaving so strange.

Following covid rules properly

Pretty small & congested but still tidy.

When asked for airtel xstream fiber, instead me of telling about airtel fiber plan and helping me getting a new connection the rep suggested me to go to 3rd party vendor to get the fiber broadband. Don't know if airtel is not paying them or they are just working in airtel office to sell there customers to 3rd party vendor. Similarly when they are asked to provide 4g sim they ask money, which is upgraded freely everywhere. The airtel representatives are working efficiently in getting paid from airtel and frightening new customer as well as old to move away from airtel. Airtel is becoming bsnl in terms of customer service and care in Muzaffarnagar.
