I have been worked there 2 nd half year. Hospital is ultimate with good Doctors team, specialized field. Nice staff with special skilled. Management is very good .

My grandfather got admitted here on 09/05/2021 due to covid complications. His spo2 was 88 (with oxygen aid) when we took him to the hospital. The Ambulance stood stranded for around 45 minutes because there was no one to attend, doctors were supposedly changing their shift so it was taking them 45 minutes to wear a PPE kit. With a spo2 level of 85-88, they found him suitable for OPD and gave a bed there with one kin to be present for a minimum of 15 days and the ward was almost like a jail.nMy grandpa got admitted at 3 pm, there was no medication given to him till the night even when I had clearly told the docs about his CT scan score and other reports. I had begged them to give some steroid and insulin as a first aid but they didn't care. They were following their so called medication protocol irrespective of the patient's current level of severity. next morning, my grandpa went into coma due to their negligence followed by death even before he had spent merely 24 hrs. in the hospital. they could have shifted him to the new DRDO facility in BHU, they had enough time to save my grandpa but they didn't. Its almost like a murder and I have no hesitation whatsoever to say it right into anyone's face be it hospital administration or police administration. Its my family's modesty that they didn't lodge a police complaint against these inhumane cruel apathetic medical goons. You guys should be punished. i am writing this long so as to save some more lives from these privileged salaried demons who have medical degrees. this is coming from a hurt grandson, you guys wont get your place in hell. I have huge respect for medical front liners in these difficult times but you guys just made me start believing otherwise.

Good services by hospital and specially Dr. Santosh Jhunjhunwala sr. Orthopedic surgeon who treats patient well .

Dr Santosh kumar (Senior orthopadic surgeon) is a very nice and helpful doctor.
