Although the sofa set is under 5 years warranty (date of purchase 23.09.2017 from Baguihati Branch near Big Bazar, now closed permanently) showroom staff from another branch has provided repairing estimate of Rs 10,000 for replacement of foam and spring, not even capable of single star service and wudo furniture sucks, fraud company

Extremely bad finishing and moreover extremely poor after sales service...no professionalism at all....defect in cupboard n no replacemnt service at all....time and again flwng up n they are msng dates...one shd go to the shop n tell openly to all d buyers of nt gettng cheated...will lodge a complain with consumer forum

worst service ever.... in my life, they delivered the mid may ordered product after around 2 months in mid jul, since the day they never made any call from their side to inform about late delivery , and respond for my calls was very rude and even they do not have any fear of consumer court.
