A space to isolate yourself from the city life and live a functional pahadi life, highly recommend this hideout at kumali. The nearest village/shop is at Gard Mapa which is a 2 km hike down the mountain and the nearest town (small) is a taxi ride away from Gard Mapa (about 45 mins in a shared cab costing 50 rupees per person and a private one costing anywhere between 500-800 rupees). Make sure you carry anything you need before you head there, the locals are nice to interact with. The shopowner downstairs makes a killer ginger tea. Plenty of treking area around. Have a great time!
