Honestly the worst customer service that I've ever come across. They need to actually understand what customer service is before attending the customers. I had an issue with my debit card being blocked and needed to get my number changed - first they had us wait for over 30 mins and we got the forms filled and ended up saying the system is shut and they would update it in 2 hours. It's been over a week and I do not see any updation or follow up. Disappointed!

yes it was best..now the customer service is worst from the stuff...bank manger is good...but the staff behaves very rude...in karkala brach 1 girl sitting last in the right...behaves very rude....if the illitarates people visit the brach they should help them..but she scholds...worst behaviour....
