ICICI Bank Gumla ATM is available here in Hotel Bindesh building on the ground floor. Can be easily observed from road. Not have a good experience all the times. Many times the ATM goes out of cash or any other error. Not my first priority when it comes to withdrawal of cash from ATM. It's also not very well maintained. Secirity guard is also not found here most of the times which makes cash withdrawal a bit risky in terms of theft security. Branch should give some attention to these small points. ICICI bank is one of the most trusted banks in the country and we have higher expectations from it but it fails in maintaining the ATM even outside its Gumla branch. These things definitely affects the reputation and trust of the banks. Hope this things are taken care of and we see better ATM services from ICICI Bank.
