Terrible Service, staff innefficient at handling transactions with optimal speed. I've seen people at post office playing minesweeper work faster than this.

As the name suggests, it is an e-corner. This is not for the general public transactions. It is specially opened for reducing the workload of the main branch by diverting the Manipal University customers.

Customer service is not upto basic standards in this branch.It is more like a crowded train station with students all over.They should setup a new Student exclusive branch.Staff are over loaded and hence lack courtesy to interact with customers.Some of the staff cant converse in Kannada or any local language.
