A very good personal service with a meeting phone calls to discuss a complex holiday arrangement. Suggestions for amendments to possible itinerary and new to me hotel recommendations.with the exception and that made up for later of failure to contact me .the service was excellent and an understanding of the possible amendments to the “garden route” element due to ill health of my daughter made the experience very good. I am reluctant to give the excellent star until I experience the work at a South African level. The arrangements will be put to a further test if The dates of the holiday need to be adjusted a# a result of my A&E Hospitalisation. Your reputation was upheld

One of the best tour operator I had ever met ..full supportive .. friendly ..and responsible ..even I was not worried as such for my trip but they are ...great experience to deal with them ... really really very much supportive ....hats off to shree Balaji travels ...
