WORST EXPERIENCE - The reason why I am giving a bad feedback is because of the staff. They delay everything and do not complete their work in time. Even for depositing a small amount of money, they took 3 days and when I asked them about it, they said they will be depositing by evening which they never did until the third day. Some of the staff are so rude, unprofessional and they do not help. You will experience when you go there yourself. SBI is one of the top banks in the country, but these people are ruining its name. The staff at Udupi (Mythri complex branch) are really helpful and kind. I kindly request SBI to look into this.

Very bad experience...they don't know how to deal with the customers.. especially one person who is incharge of educational loan..he doesn't know how to deal with the customer..he interacts without giving the respect don't open ur account in Manipal branch...there are 3 others branches in Udupi which are much better than this...

Staff is rude and takes all the time in the world to process your work. They won't tell you document requirements in the first go. They will keep making you go back and forth for one simple thing. Open an account with them only if you have the time and patience to deal with their attitude and unprofessionalism.

They gave my balance account details for some random person who went and showed my number without my permission. And when i called to complain they cut the call and never piked up again.
