Bad experience, avoid at all cost - this place cares just for money and doesn’t believe in the service levels that you associate with a brand name such as this. The front desk associate just confirmed on the phone that she cares more for her accountability to the owner than trying to fix a customer’s issue.

Went here after a good experience with Toni and Guy in Mangalore. Was disappointed with the haircut.

This is not an official Toni & Guy - just a franchise outlet branch. The staff are nowhere as professional as actual T&G staff, I went in for a haircut and the barber kept violently bouncing my head between his hands throughout the haircut like a psychopath. Definitely won't recommend going in if you're expecting a proper T&G experience - the Lakme saloon down the road is much nicer

Had a great layer cut and blow dry done by Hitesh.. ambience of the salon makes you feel at ease.. staff were quite helpful and friendly.. will definitely come here again..
