Sent a $200. fruit basket full of rotten fruit. Was suppose to have gourmet cheese, crackers and cookies. There was no cheese and cookies and crackers were date $2.00 boxes from the grocery store. When they were asked to correct it, they tried to send a handful of carnations not even arranged.

Poor quality of flowers compared to other stores in Windsor. Just spoke to Flowers by Phil Sadi and they said its due to covid and prices however I have been using Daks flowers during covid and for the same price I pay they have been outstanding in quality for the price. I will be avoiding Phils flowers from now on. I actually called Daks but they were busy and didnt pick up ...then I said let me give Flowers by Phil a try but again they let me down. Also it looks like they have been asking for reviews from there customers from years past ... its obvious they have not purchased flowers lately. Avoid this place.

Ordered online, did not receive any sort of confirmation, but flowers showed up same day, and were beautiful.nnConfirmation of some sort would have been nice, something to work on, but the results were great.

Regular customer of Phil Sadi. I always place orders online. Placed one on Thursday evening and did not receive the usual email confirmation. Called Friday am to confirm that they rec'd the order and staff confirmed that they had not so I reordered Birthday bouquet from another florist to ensure they arrived in time and find out that the original order was delivered. When I called to inquire, there was no explanation or offer of any type of refund or credit towards future deliveries. Will take my business elsewhere.

My experience has always been the very best. I ask Randy to make an arrangement for what occasion I need, and to use flowers in season. Best of all, let him design his own arrangement, always beautiful.
