No proper communication between their own people.

I booked U7 on 18 July for 8.30 bus. The bus came at 11.30.they did not inform about the late. I entered the bus . Surprisingly one lady occupied my seat and refused to give seat. Checked with driver. He said to sit some where. After some time he said one more bus is there for all marathahalli boarding people. All we got down the bus. They also did not show seat.said to occupy any seat. After some time the person booked the seat asked me to leave. Again I searched for the seat.the rating for the bus should be -999999999nI nevere have this worst experience. If they are not standing their promise they should cancel ticket and refund we can chose some alternative
