I purschased two shirts in September 2020 from their Vijayawada Store. One of which recently faded out. Hence, i reached out to Guntur, Lakshmipuram Store to resolve my complaint. The staff was courteous and listened to my issue earnestly. The manager escalated my complaint and to my surprise resolved it by offering exchange of shirt of similar price.The Guntur Lakshmipuram store's customer service is too good to be true.
