Hi everyone. This is regarding my experience with renuuka hospitals. I am naresh went for covid treatment. Dr. Chiranjeevi garu treated me good but the thing is service to patients is very poor. Particularly we need to talk about Dr's wife and brother... both are giving medicines to patients but you have to beg them to get medicines, it will take minimun 3 hours to give medicines(just 5 types) ...if you go to outside medical shop it just 5 mins ut you cannot because ..no one will understand the prescription except doctor ....as per my understanding... even Dr's brother and wife also does not understand. May be they donot know. If you ask bill for medicines yiu are the most culprit fellow in the world ....they abuse you like anything....really bad words i cannnot say those ....thing is they are drs relation no one will question them...they feel like gods and patients are slaves and they are behave like providing free service.nnPlease donot encourage these kind of people. We have lot of hospitals to serve better. We are not getting any free treatment to get abused.
