First one time maintenance and slow process

my relative admitted here with some infected disease (TB). I just inquired my relative over phone about facilities she told they were taking care of patient very well and giving time to time medicine , injection etc., whenever required. Also giving mask and glosses to the patient attendees. but only minus is due to holiday (Christmas) senior doctors are not available. And junior doctors horrifying about the patience condition which can be conveyed in smooth manner .

Worst experience. My father passed away here. There are no facilities.nopen windows which affects patients and some fans are not working.nNo guarantee about oxygen cylinders it can stop working any time and the breath can stop any time.
