Worst place.sales staff are worst attitude and treat customer as unwanted visitors.poor managerial supervision. it's awaiting doom.gave one Nilkamal defective piece teapot,replaced but first of all how come this piece delivered to me.in this shop customers are not kings.they are servants.

I had worst experience with ramachandra brothers....nnBought office table and chair with 5500 each (total 11000), with in month rust formed on both the items.nnWhen I call them, they behaved in an irresponsible manner, stating that they are not responsible for imported items. I bought them with high price to get good quality, but in turn they are worthless products...nnMy question to them is, why do customers buy in their shop by paying high amount ? Is it not for getting good quality products ? If there is an issue on imported products, aren't they aware of it and why do they sold them ?
