Branch is very small but volume of customers are more. Initially this branch observed heavy rush. Slowly they have increased their ATM room size and now they have provided e-corner. In this e- corner they have provided passbook printing machines, ATM and CDM. But most of the machines always give troubles. Due to this pressure is more on the branch. Better to provide good machines in multiple quantity to reduce heavy crowd in the branch. There's one more branch very next to it which is formed due to merging of state bank of Mysore into SBI.

Lazy staff and banking experience is the worst with them. They care less for customer experience and quality of banking at this particular branch is enormously worse!
