Parcel was supposed to be received on 13 May. Tracking showed on FedEx vehicle for delivery. Then they sent it back to the office without even contacting me. Now it's evening on 14th. Tracking shows parcel is still in office. I have given up hope of ever receiving this package. Extremely poor service. Will never use again. Would have given zero stars but unfortunately 1 star is the minimum.

The worst courier service of jorhat.They dont deliver the items citing nonsense reasons.Fedex reputation will be down if this type of behaviour continue in jorhat.

Worst experience ever my delivery was supposed to be delivered on 15 today its 20 n the parcel is still in the office n no calls from them. . why don't you just shut down

Worst service. They don’t have the professionalism and not committed to time. My shipment arriving message sentby fedex team but not delivered Jorhat fedex team
