Not good to play music, dinning is not comfortable, rest room and wash rooms are not good. No while chair accessible, no good parking lot, table chairs rent is too high, which is not included with the 2 store building. No air conditioner systems there, kitchen is in first floor if you need to bring something heavy then you can not easily carry to first floor. But you have to rent this place because it is the only hall in Goalpara town for organise programs, if have no big space at you house campus, other halls are too dirty than this one.

This Bhaban is really good for various programme. Well maintained rooms & premises. Talking about rent, it fits with the middle class family also.
