I once booked an appointment here.nI told the guy who books appointments that I will be free between 12 30 to 1 due to my office hours.nnI was asked to be there at 1 pm.nSo, I comfortably reached there at 12 55 pm.nHe said there is one more patient to go, then my turn would come.nBut he made me wait for 40 minutes and then he said he will send in another 2 patients and then me.nI was really angry. But instead he yelled at me saying I was late.nBut I was right on time and reached there before hand.nThis guy needs to be fired or taught how to behave with customers. Very bad mannered person.nnI will never ever visit this clinic again with this horrible experience.nnA clinic not only depends on the doctor but also on the staff.nnTime is money.nValue your customers.

This is the dental clinic in Barpeta Town with the worst behaved staff. Very ill-mannered person and no guarantee of timings !nThe boy who writes appointments is very very bad and communal.nNever ever visit this dental clinic !nnI would rather suggest you to go to Moon Dental or Abhik, but never here.
