I ordered malai chap and they served tandoori chaap. When i complained about the fact, the lady on call was not at all bothered. She was like they have delivered received the payment and now they don't care. She just said sorry and didn't even go ahead for the replacement, i found it so unprofessional. But it was my mistake it was a kitchen i ordered from. Had it been a restaurant the needful would have been done immediately. I stopped ordering after this incident.

I have been ordering food from this cloud kitchen for a while now. The packageing and presentation has always been top notch. The food is mostly tasty.nnI ordered a Schezuan Noodles yesterday evening through Swiggy which got delivered on time. The packaging was okay though the ketchup was missing.nIt's just that the noodles was inedible as it was filled heavily with black pepper seeds.nMight be a mistake on your end.nPlease look into it in the future.nThanks and best wishes.nPS- I have given 4 stars for the services offered previously.

I had order Afghani chap from your kitchen on sunday 6.09.2020 the chap was too chewy, dry and uncooked.Pls provide good service and food. My order was delivered 45 min late and when complained on whats app there was no reply to the complain.There is absolutely no customer service.nAlso your staff who takes order lacks basic communication skills and cannot understand basic language.

I don't know how to convey it! But then great food, great packaging, and honestly during this pandemic great measures taken. Made my Sunday, first time ordered and I am quite sure I will seeing more food from this kitchen. Personally, if I knew the owner or the staff, I would have conveyed my regards in person.
