Be careful if you are buying any item from here. I bought a thermometer today. Shopkeeper Assured that it is the best one available . When I measure my daughters temperature it showed 97.5 . Rechecked to verify but same result. Later checked with my conventional thermometer. Her temp was 100.5. Yesterday bought steam vapouriser. When I opened the box, it was tied with normal plastic bag and was not sealed. As per shopkeeper it is same for all the steam vapouriser with them. They were not ready to replace it. Lost TRUST on medicana

Big medical shop trying to be a retail chain. They have two shops in boring road. Medicines are original and highly quality.

Worst medicana shop in patna. Very irresponsible and arrogant behaviour. Does not deliver Medicines on committed time and give vague explanation for delay. Worst service.

Worst Service Provider. 3 instances 100% failure:nn1. Excess quantity sent even when WhatsApp messages was clear.nn2. Declined small quantity of 35 disposable gloves stating that staff was not available. I visited srore and found enough staff.nn3. 4 calls and over 1 hour of raising request. WhatsApp message has not been read. Store did not even decline home delivery.nnNearest outlet on Boring Canal Road is 50-60 meters & second nearest 100 meters from delivery location of Gorakh Nath Lane.nnIt could not be worst than this!
