Posting for others - Good hospital with range of great doctors and facilities. Support staff could be trained better and few folks sitting on the reception as they generally misbehave. My father got treated for heart and orthopedic surgery. Better to have insurance in general as hospital bills could climb.

This is an amazing hospital with best of doctors and the staffs here take care of the patient really nicely.Every doctor and nurse is really cooperative.Really thankful to them.Patients in covid ward are given proper support and care.

A medium level good infrastructure and facilities. But doctor comes late. Even hospital staff doesn't know the timing of doctors coming to the hospital. I took appointment a day prior but then also I waited more than 2 hrs to meet doctor. Interesting thing staff is not able to answer when doctor is coming. I requested to make a call and ask that when the doctor is coming but they told me that he is a surgeon and we can't make such calls to a surgeon. Wow! It means that you can't call to a doctor and let the patient wait for hrs.

Best hospital for covid in Patna. Specially Dr Zaved and Nursing staff, house keeping are very helpful. This hospital saves my father's life.nThank you so much
