Best experience at this place.... Showroom manager's behaviour is good nad co operative, mechanic is also.. Good.

It was not a good experience. The staff was not courteous at all and also none of the staff were wearing anything through which one can recognise that they work at the service centre.nWhen we reached there then one person came with a paper and read the odometer. Then I told him that other than the regular servicing I also have some particular problems in my car but he seemed to care about nothing and also he didn't listened to me. Then I asked about the price breakup to which he replied that it will cost more than ₹5000 but then I showed him that on Maruti Suzuki's website it's not that much to which he said that the website doesn't show correct information and are outdated. At this moment I understood that I shouldn't have come here but they already took my keys so I didn't did anything. Then they started cleaning the car which was ofcourse pathetic. Even I clean the car better than them. After cleaning they took the car inside the workshop. I don't know what they did there with my car but after all the things when I was going back home I realised that car horn is not working. I immediately took a U turn and went back to service center. There the mechanic asked me to buy a new horn. I felt helpless there and asked the mechanic to install new horn but they didn't had new horn so I had to drive the car back without horn.nnNow after all this I can confidently suggest all of you to not go there.nnEdit: After going to NEXA service center, 70 feet, bypass road today, I am decreasing my rating to 1 star for here.

Good experience, diligent mechanic

Very worst experience at this service centre.nHere management is very poor, they can misbehave with their customers. But car mechanics are talented.
