Pathetic service. Most of the time banking is down inside the branch. Staffs are calling it internet issue. I don't under to run a bank why they rely on cheap internet service provider. Internet is down and staffs are enjoying the moment. Really frustrating as a customer.nnNon of the employee gives a F about managers call also.

Branch manager behaves in a very bad manner he does not even listen to you problem. The way he speaks is very disgusting and with careless attitude. The staff members of this branch also doesnot respond to your problem sincerely.nnI request you to not to go to this Branch as this branch is not as good as other banks.

The bank staff doesn't help customers, they are lazy people move from this counter to another but there is no response until he/she shouts.
