The beauticians needs to be more trained and customer friendly. Not satisfied with the service on top of that the lady argued. However the other staff were good and they apologized for the misbehaviour of the lady. She also offered to wave of the charges since my eye brows threading was almost ruined just before the family function.nAmbiance is good, but I will not suggest to get service from trainees...I guess the expert was on leave and they did not bother to inform the same.

Its a great place for getting your hair and eyebrows done. Ambience and interior is nice. Customer satisfaction is given high priority. I liked their services. Oh and the best part is, it is never closed except 2 days a year, holi and 2nd October.
