Service availed. Got some diacounts as well. Courteous staff members. Only issue is the location which does not suit the brand image. I will suggest to look for a place in market area to attract more and more clients.

We had booked Lakme, Saguna More for bridal and groom make-up and I must say that they do not live upto your expectations. The staffs are not qualified enough to deliver a quality make-up for the hefty amount they charge. In addition to that, they did not have adequate staffs to cater to the bridal needs. Make-up skills were pathetic, all they knew was to apply foundation. Eye makeup was decent but overall the make-up was disappointing. They do not even know the ‘c’ of contouring. No professional was available to do my nails. Staffs seemed to be in a mode of ‘Denial of Service’.nWhat they did to groom was even worse. They applied foundation in bulk and gave a plastic look to his face. They were rude and non-cooperative when we requested for some resolution and make-up correction.nI highly recommend Lakme to train their staffs and not cheat the customers. Wedding is one of the most important events for any person and people with such skills and behaviour ruin your special day.nTo all other folks, I would request you to think a hundred times before you book an appointment with Lakme, Saguna More.

I had one of the worst experience ever. We took bridal makeup and groom makeup package. They made them look like a wax statue. The staff are non-cooperative and posses rude behaviour.nnThey ruined ohr event and left us in middle of the ocean. Which was worst behaviour.
