Located in Sheikhpura nearby JD Women's College, Patna, this centre has been recently inaugurated in 2018. It is run by Ministry of Social Empowerment, Government of India. It is one of the best kept and well managed centre. People from different parts of Bihar who are differently-abled come here for counselling or getting disability certificate. There are 21 types of disabilities as of now which have been identified by the government. They charge ₹120 as registration fee for counselling or disability certificate.nStaffs are well behaved and polite.
