I was there for enquiry of my passport application after booking online appointment.my appointment time was 2:45 pm but there is long queue at counter so i reached counter at 4:45 pm and then they ask me for all document of 10[registration,marksheet,admit card,passing certi]and 12[marksheet,passing certificate]photocopy[self attested and original to show them and full aadhar card and pan card so after all verification they told me that passport will be dispatch now and arrive in 7 days.lets wait for 7 days.hi guys i got passport in 5 days and thanks to RPO patna and

They never pick the call either for enquiry or for any complaints,everytime it says user is busy on another call right from morning to night,i doubt if it is really busy .nnHave mailed them several times but there is no timely response .nnVery pathetic customer experience

As per govt only Aadhaar and 10th certificate are enough to get a passport. Here I gave 10th certificate, 10th mark sheet, MBA certificate. Still they need 10th admit card, 10th registration card, all the documents including registration, admit, certificate and mark sheet for 12th.nnThey make you wait for 3 hrs. There is mike for calling names but no they just speak and that too very calmly, so nobody can listen. I waited here from 12 to 3 like many people.

There should be q wheel chair.!! Working speed is good.! Need a lit bit of improvement.!
