some people use these type of platforms for all ill reasons and post reviews using fake ids. I don’t know what difference it make to the people as I never post reviews and never consider reviews before making my decisions. I am rating Xerox the best employer. I left the organisation 2 years back but I still cherish the memories of wonderful people and the work culture there.n** I never use Hindi keyboard so whoever used my name for fake review should have considered that.

All comments are totally true. I worked with this organisation when Scan and capture(S&C) Data validation done by Basware. When some one raise an issue they are not considered and trying to throw out that employee by hook or crook. Need to improve in management level and in policies too. They said that we are providing the best paying system in corporate sector my advice is that please take care about their employees too and create a benchmark in stability of employees. Right now my few friends are working with xerox and they said that from last one year there is no annual increment or hike, and Human Resource H.R team do not take any meeting, session on issues facing by current employees.

Everything is worst here.You are considered as a animal rather than a human being. Process are miss managed. Very poor management . Minimum pay in tricity.long work hour. Failures of xerox chandigarh managemnt .HR cant take any decision. WORK WORK WORK NO HUMAN LIFE

Worst management rather than brand name. Less pay more work, no time limit of login, zero understanding no socialism, the pay per policy is not good. It's as like a gambling. Pay less and more deduction in name of external errors but not mention in salary slip. Now these days they are paying just 12k as a basic pay in the pandemic time of covid-19.every where is price hike issue but there is no salary hike or increment. I advice that please do not spoil your health and career in this organisation. I worked with this organisation . After approx two years all things remain same. I worked with oceaneering in the DLF building same permissies and right now working with Tech-Mahindra they are paying good salary to there employees as a survival cost. I think xerox higher authority have to do changes at suitable level which creates the best benchmark in xerox company and create a space in the heart of there employees. Validation team is working on the root level but they are not consider part of it. they generate the revenu but not getting suitable part of it. I think Mr Rakesh Narang is responsible for all the things. In the name of changes they collect the survey and report that to higher authority. My humble request to higher authority who take care of Chandigarh branch please do some suitable changes or take some solid decison for betterment of the organisation. Either one year old employee or ten year tenure employee they consider them same. Other company are not doing that. I think all picture clear in the above said words please think a while..

Full of exploitation of employees in pandemic. More than 12 hours working shift WFH. Unprofessional managers and TLs.nSalary is deducted by external errors.
