My experience of purchasing baby products at Mothercare exceeded my expectations. The salesperson ''Neha'' was really helpful, and gave honest advice. It was good to get objective information, with small details. She also helped me for refund.It was good experience with her.

Its my personal experience that this store doesn't deserve even a single star also due to salesperson Neha's cheap & rude behaviour. Even She doesn't know any schemes or new offers on articles recommended by Mothercare & she is never helpful at all. Everytime she gives wrong schemes & offers on articles which doesn't telly to mothercare's protocols & beneficial offers if you confirm it from other stores of Mothercare you will find a huge difference between both. She can do misbehave only. Don't know why Mothercare has appointed this kind of nonsense employees. Sorry but highly not recommended this store due to this reason.

Neha on counter is completely nonsense lady. She doesn't know how to talk. She misbehaves alot with clients even she also misbehaved with me too. I was thinking to call police but i forgave her. She has ego problems alot. She must be replaced from cash counter. Due to her rude behavior branchnsector 17 highly not recommended.
