Their lachchha parantha was made of stale dough which smelled weird and when it was told to waiter, the chef was presented who was rude and not accepting the mistake.nAlso they billed us for those stale lachha paranthas even after we requested for replacement with missi roti.nWe also ordered chef special daal which was not so good.nPickle had fungus.nI liked their vegetable stew (appam).nSo, spending Rs 5000 only for vegetable stew is not so good deal.

According to me, customer experience makes a eating place worth it. After my visit, this place definitely doesn't offer you that. I know my expectations regarding food even for such famed places. But the customer experience was what I yearn for at a 5 star.nHorribly slow service, even after repeated calls, it took them over 50 minutes to serve us the main course. I think they treat Gold customers differently, because the 2 tables occupied after we sat for the snacks were served and the guests left even before our main course arrived.nTo sum up, go here if you want to dine in dim lights and have lots of money and time to just throw away.
