It's a part of PGIMER Chandigarh. Nehru Hospital has facility like orthopaedic, gastroenterology department, psychiatry, gynecology, surgery etc.nIt has a new extension called Nehru Hospital extension due to heavy rush here.nYou need to have appointment before coming here as usually there is rush here.nIt's one of the best facility in Northern India.nThere are waiting chairs for the patients and public toilets too.

Maybe the best hospital with the best doctors but no doctor is available in maternity ward from last 24 hours. Only junior doctors and trainees are handling the patients and when asked about the progress, they just say only doctor will tell you about this. But I've seen no doctor since yester morning. Careless, rude staff. And when I asked the gaurd on the gate for the sanitiser he said, this bottle is given for me only, you people can see for yourself. Try to get treatment anywhere else and keep it as the last option.

Staff are not work properly and doctor's are not good but pgi have facility more doctors are not treat good and doctor's are not helpful for paitiant doctors are not good for pregnant Ladies its very bad ud83dude14 and not care properly of baby pls not going PGI , pregnant ladies also ..............pls pls ....

This hospital is government based hospital. Patients with various dieases are treated here with very very less expenses. A poor patient with zero money can also get treatment from here with the help of poor patient grant.
