Beware guys!! Worse worse bank ever!!!nI am who just get the victim... if you going to take any insaurance policy and plan from HDFC bank than you have to be carefull. Whatever they tell you should have to ask from written to the bank as they say. because they give false and incomplete information to achieving their targets. Worst branch ever! Clueless and incompetent branch manager with a team of equally poor relationship managers. These guys are a pain to bank with. Simple tasks take months to complete. Big ZERO on all fronts.

I asked for stopping of overdraft facility against my FD , They redeemed my FD. It's almost 2 months I am chasing for reversal of same , every time they give one excuse or other. I think they are testing my patience. Despite I have six account with them & I am one of their regalia customer.
