I visited the hospital for measurement of eyes and prescription of contact lenses as I have high myopia. But doctor (Ashok) don't give you prescription for contact lenses unless you buy contact lenses from them. Reason he told me that patient uses same prescription for many years which causes problems to patient and then patient blame doctor for wrong prescription. Doctor and hospital staff behavior was OK. But the patient education regrading diagnosis and treatment of his disease by doctor needs Improvement. Doctor needs to be engage more in interaction with patient and should teach him more about his course of treatment which can infuse confidence in patient. Hospital is on 2nd floor but has only staircases. The Consultation fees is 500.

Extremely rude doctor. My relative whose eyes are acutely sensitive to light due to an infection went to him and when she couldn’t open her eyes properly in the torch, doctor started shouting at her and told her to leave. When her relatives insisted him to check bcoz payment had already been made, he put numbing solution in her eyes without telling what it was so that her eyes could be checked in light.nEven then when she was not able to keep her eyes open, he gave a wrong diagnosis with wrong disease name and medication which worsened her condition further by saying that because I am not able to properly see your eyes, I am going to assume this disease.nPatient was very much affected by his insensitive and impatient behaviour and was not able to go to another doctor for weeks bcoz she feared that all senior doctors are going to shout on her until she is comfortable enough to open her eyes in light.nThe assistant was also very rude and kept saying that it was her fault that she couldn’t open her eyes. They also later forced to buy the prescribed medicines from their shop.
