I just want to ask one thing right now in the scenerio ,when the curfew is on ,but the banks are open ,if someone (business man ) will not do his job ,no collection from market , cheques will bounce ,I request to just open the ATM not banks ,it will be a reason of humiliation for us , issue passes with ease ,if u want them to open ,or not let themud83dude4f,, request to hounorable dignitaries,bimal

Based on my experience with the Estate Office in Chandigarh I can confirm they are all extremely arrogant, monumentally inefficient and totally corrupt - rotten to the core. If you want to get any work done contact one of the dalals hovering around the area.
