Very uncooperative staff. Visited today for loan closure but didnot feel anybody there who can help to resolve the issue. They just doing their job like govt. Bank. I approach to branch manager anurag but also not ready to help. Simply said i cant help & not giving any suggestion or advice for solutions. Very casual approach of whole staff & forcing me to think for decide to keep relationship with the bank or not. Its better visit other branch.nDont approach to this bank for any loan or credit card there is so Many hidden conditions which they are not disclose the fact. Its better to deal with other bank.they never cooperate with customers.

This review will be written with tears. I am so upset with ICICI my old parents in their 60s went to asked for my bank statement one female staff member was so rude with my parents and asked my parents to get your statement online. I am currently residing in Canada and my online account is not working I request to ICICI seniors managers to please look into this issue. Also my father has presented a letter written by me that my son is not here kindly provide the bank statement. Very sad and upset today Shame on ICICI.

Dont open any saving account or dont apply for any kinda loan in icici bank . Worst customer care as well as customer services . Go for hdfc or axis bank . ICICI Slogan is (Committed to Serve) . But actual is (Committed to Manipulate) .

Extremely poor service and callous approach, keep in hand 2-3 hrs free, just to get a freekin’ print out.nBank employees leave the desk for phone calls for 20-30 mins and the customers are left lurking, looking at faces for any kind of assistance.
