I had booked facial service from urban clap first time and l really had poor/bad experience. My skin got burnt totally. The girl which was assigned for this didn’t pay attention to what I was saying. Her name was Nisha Saini.I had pimple on my left cheek and chin. I told her my skin was itching and it never happened before. She kept on saying it’s happening because of pimple. My whole face is spoiled (burnt)because of her. I want to upload my face picture here. And expecting an action against you. You are such an esteemed company and this thing I was never expecting from you.

Plumbing service pathetic. I booked plumber to fix water pump issue. He charged 1500 but even after problem not resolved. When i complaint for the same immediate after one hour to plumber he refused to visit again.and when i complained to customer care they asked me to rebook another plumber..after several mails and calls finally same plumber visited again, but instead of fixing the issue he started abusing and shouting on me for his complaint. Again when i complaint for his abusive behaviour to customer care they least bother to take this complaint serious.nAfter getting fed up with such pathetic service i hired one local plumber who charged only 200 rs to fix the same issue.nAfter this incident me and my entire society boycott this cheesy App.nI never suggest anyone to book any service from urban Clap.

Pathetic customer support. The serviceman physically damaged my airconditioner. Even after booking a revisit and posting the pics on suggested link...nobody visited and no action taken in last 7 days. The app does not even provide contact number for registering complaints. Just don't go for their useless services.

I had hired a technician because my ac had water leakage issue. The technician came, cleaned and went away. In two days leakge started again, I raised the case and they arranged a revisit. Same technician came and did something and leakage stopped for a week and again started. Now when I am re-raising the issue, I am not getting call back from last 10 days. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, THEY HAVE RUINED MY AC
