It was a bad experience with this agency. They cheat their customers. We were one of them. Our hotel was changed. I dont want that any of u get cheated by them. So I request everyone never deal with this agency and repeat the mistake what we did

NOT AT ALL TRUST WORTHY..!nnDESERVES NEGATIVE RATING.nWe all had a really bad experience with this agency dispite agreed for hotel valley view they left us to another hotel... then after also the response from the agency and middle-man were definitely not good at all due to this we had to spent more.The brokers of the agency are fraudsters.I recommend every tourist not to go with this agency if you don't want to spoil your trip and joy.

We can see that as all the people are not satisfied so am I.it was our huge mistake being with this agency. Seriously! Suddenly in minutes they change our hostel from the valley views to straight into gully’s. I’m requesting all the people please if your willing to go with them please change your for your own good.
