It was a really bad experience to be here they cheat customers do not come here you go somewhere else. but this side is totally proud of the team and the ladies of the counter do not have any manners. I am dishappy with the service and their response time. they ask me to create a card for 4 services in rupees 1260. I agreed. but they did not give me a card and saying me you will have service your bike only you can go anywhere. and the guys those clean bikes are totally foolish. they do not clean bike only throw water on the bike no cleaning. and service experience was very bad.

Untrained workers, and management team. Service center workers do not respond properly. There is no proper equipment to wash the vehicle no right process to polish the vehicle, management is not even try to deliver the vehicle on time as mentioned on the slip. No proper space, rough process. everything is the unconservative way. one of the worst service center I have ever seen. Even they are not change Mobil oil, and charged for the same. when I asked to change mobil infront me, they haven't allow and say its already done. It's almost 8+ hours took for 1st service of my scooty. Infact for their record they are cut bill within the estimated time and keep them selves, and saying i have deliver the services within time, or their worker dent on side mirror of my scooty. Lot to say. I don't recommand anyone to visit at their service center, if you are taking 1st service of your vehicle then stickly ignor this place, as happened with me.

Not doing perfectly service my passion pro gear is stucking I had told him service time some one told me I have done purfect but still I have same problem take time 2 hours 30 minutes but not getting solution the guys are not working properly who will resolve the issue this is R.k Hero service centre work...

Not doing servicing properly I have processed hero passion pro I had told him gear problem some one told me I have done and service charge 524 rupees take by me but till now problem is still not resolved....
