Not providing services at doorstep. Eventhough we have provided correct pin code they are not providing service at doorstep. If pincode is out of service area then why you are accepting? DTDC service provider are also not informing regarding courier. If I am telling wrong then you can check my parcel data. I have provided proper pincode, but if you are not able to deliver courier then why you have accepted? So kindly take proper action against your staff. Don't give excuse customer have provided wrong information or customer is wrong. Take this feedback positively, then & then you can improve service. If you are blaiming customer then I have to prove that customer is right with the help of Consumer Protection Forum. Thanks

Very worst service, express delivery is taking 4 days to deliver, waste of money and time, zero reliability, not trusted anymore.
