For all the tea-lovers and Maggie-lovers and book-lovers, this place is a blessing in disguise. You get a variety of traditional hot tea served for just Rs.30. Not only tea but you also get plethora of lip-smacking Maggie options like Punjabi, butter, Szechuan Maggie at a nominal price. This place is ideal for a quick snack when your budget is low and hunger is high. Must visit.

Visited there out of curiosity being a tea lover. Tea factory is a tea themed outlet at bahu plaza jammu. It serves variety of tea, green tea , ice tea along with some great snacks. Chocolate chai is my favourite. Ice tea was also great. Ambience is wonderful. Its a must visit place in Jammu for every chai lover. Overall experience is great kudos to the staff. Pricing was great.

Tea with a desi touch that too at one of the posh areas gives refreshing tea and variety of snacks besides a cozy ambience but the service is dull need to work on that. Quite a good place to have tea and connecting with old traditions.

A very gud place to sit and have a sip of old fashioned tea and some snacks They also have great collection of novels to read from and no limitations on your sitting time
