Shree Santram Eye Hospital

It is good place for diagnosing eye related problems here. They are using high-end Carl Jess lenses for measurement and detection process. The hospital is wide-spread and there is smooth flow of patients, first go for basic check-up and then go to specific department for curing decision. There are many good eye surgeons there in hospital. And it's not government hospital but it is charitable hospital run by The Santram Mandir's management. And there is a good canteen too. And also have a free parking lot inside the campus.

Untrained and unprofessional staff. Rude Optometrists causing your experience with a patient really tough. The doctors do not consult well. The least you can expect from a Hospital staff is empathy and professional behavior - which is MISSING. I don't recommend this hospital unless you have no other option.

World class treatment in low budget.

Optometrist in Room # 17 is super rude and treating patient as if they are all his slaves. He is making mockery of this hospital's reputation. I really don't recommend this hospital because of less trained staff. Better to go Civil or some other eye specialist.

Santram's medical services are good but the receptionists are too careless.nFirst of all they never pick any calls and if they pick, you could not accept any proper information.nI callled at the reception regarding a query and they directly cut my call and after that the number was not connecting. I tried for atleast 5 minutes.nWhy do you keep calling services if you can't make it properly.
