Best place for gym in the town here the trained staff is very co operative.nPlenty of instruments for body buildingnThey have very good staff.nThey suggest diet plan according to your body needs. Mostly crowded but well managaed so you didnt feel misguided here.nThey make you follow the rules strictly, and thats a good thing about it. Which personally i loved it.

The best experience of a true Gym workout is here. The trainers are awesome, their style and strategy to develop any individuals body is superb and remarkless i can only tell that without wasting money on other gym everyone should join new fitness point gym. The rates are low compared to other gym and workout is more advance than other gyms. Soo better experience is here only. And whoever talking wrong about the gym, everyone should ignore it and only say to him to go to hell.

Worst Trainers, I paid them 3000 INR and went only for 4-5 days and decided to not visit again. Trainers used to busy with the female members and entertain them instead focusing on the people who came for certain goals to achieve. Don't waste your money on such trainers, because they don't care. Even management doesn't care whether their members are facing any problems or keep their eyes on their trainers.. I wasted my money and time there.. Regretted!!
