Ecom Express

Experience of ecom express of palwal branch was very unsatisfied.they show my parcel as delivered while parcel is delivered after three days when I contact their office. And they were very rude also.overall experience of ecom express was very bad.please look into the matter

Worst delivery service .nMy product is out for delivery consecutively 3 days but my product does not delivered.

I had ordered a guitar and they refused to deliver me to my hostel. So, i reached their office where all the items to be delivered are dispatched. I paid the amount for my package only to carry the guitar in a bus to 26 kms by myself. Paid extra money for thr fare. For thr guitar. Guess what. The guitar was broken already. I had to return the guitar. The packaging was already tored because the way they carry the package. Even if it's fragile.
