According to them...it was their lunch time. They should have recruited another person for that particular time. But no such person was there. This is anyhow acceptable..(may be due to covid..). It was more than an hour..even thn the receptionist was not coming. This is a hospital and every person there needs to be examined on time . After an hour..an old patient went and asked the receptionist to come and carry forward her work.

Bekaar hospital......only money minded people over there no care of patient.. .my father was admitted for one day with fever... At the tym of discharge even staff did not come to remove cannula Nd my father discharge with cannula .. that tym I was not there I remove the cannula myself at home ...... Plz don't go there if u love your family Nd friends...govt hospital much better than these type of hospital who only know how to make money..... I am also a staff nurse working in Delhi we take care of patient like our family.. but here in rainbow people having no feeling towards patient .....I will give 0/100 to this hospital....

The staff of the hospital is so nice and the structure of the hospital is also good...main gate staff behavior is also very polite .....this hospital have a highly educated doctors.
