Shameful service . No consideration towards own citizens during Covid19

A very polite young girl working, I met twice and once I talked on the phone. Once I wrote a statement and the second time I took out a certificate from the Embassy of Georgia. An embassy is supposed to provide assistance and help to the citizens of their nation, but they do something else here. In July I contacted after several attempts a telephone number reachable only from 15 to 17 and perpetually busy. More than once the phone has been closed in my face and after I was able to speak with them about the request for a clearance for marriage with my Georgian partner, I received only incomplete and incorrect information. In fact, to obtain the much sought-after document, we had to send what was requested by the little competent operator on duty three times. Only the last contact in September allowed us to complete the application process correctly. Unfortunately after the confirmation email, which warned us of the availability of the document, it was impossible for us to collect it by TNT courier. After three unsuccessful attempts, the carrier informed us that it was impossible to collect the documents due to the negligence of the embassy staff. I will contact the ambassador directly tonight and inform the competent ministry for information.

I called you three months ago to do the paperwork. They don't answer at all yet, but if they answer you, they are extremely rude. There is a consulate if you can't solve the problem.
