We filled up the fuel here around 8 pm (out of office). There is Indian guy to help but he can only accept local card. We need to pay in cash. So we passed him 50 euro and it was charged 43.72 Euro. But he didn’t return the change. He said it’s service charge for his help (at that time, he kept talking Italian and indian and a little but English “no money”). To help filling the fuel, 6 euro? Are you kidding me? We asked Italian who was filling the fuel. Why he couldn’t return the change? She said he insisted it’s service charge but she agreed it’s too much for service charge. She spoke him in Italian and then all of sudden, he passed us the receipt and spoke in English “come back tomorrow with the receipt. The office is closed. 7 am to 7 pm”. Actually he tried some cheating to us since we are tourist. Actually, he could speak English (not fluently though) at least but he pretended. Fortunately, we are not rush to go other city next day, so we managed to come back and get a change. Be careful! I’m still doubtful if they really can’t accept international credit card...

Cards not accepted, can refuel only fixed amount - no change. And then the tips are requested. Awful.

I would not advise my worst enemy to refuel at this service station. I received the worst customer service I have ever seen from a young boy's hand, of foreign origin (I have nothing against this, that's how the company can identify him). He saw us as foreigners and did not want to give us gas because he had no change, but instead of saying it politely he was provocative and ignored us all the time. I had to request to change up to 4 stores in the area. In the end, when I arrived with the change, I had to insist several times to put gas. Very unpleasant
